From first conversation to launch in a few business days.

The same process for every project. You know what is being done, who does it and when it’s finished.

Timelines are for the Core package and count from receipt of your complete materials. Basic is shorter, Pro is longer.

Five steps. Each with a deadline.

  1. Conversation and offer

    same day

    A free 30-minute consultation. We ask what you do, who your clients are and what the site needs to do. After the call you get a written offer with scope and price.

  2. Contract, deposit and materials

    the clock starts when materials arrive

    We sign a contract and you pay a 50% deposit. You send us your copy and photos. If materials arrive late, the deadline moves by the same amount.

  3. Structure and mockup

    1 business day

    We set up the page structure, colors and typography from your brand and build a mockup.

  4. Build, testing on all devices and your approval

    2 business days

    We build the site and test it on phone, tablet and desktop. You review, request changes within your package’s revision rounds, and approve.

  5. Launch, domain and handover

    0.5 business day

    You pay the remaining 50%, we connect the domain and launch the site. We hand over all access, and with Core and Pro, training to manage the content yourself.

Core in total: 3–4 business days from receipt of your materials.

Rules that protect both you and us

Deposit
50% of the price before work starts, 50% before the site launches.
Scope
Everything included is defined in the offer. Additional requests are handled as a written addendum, priced in advance.
Materials
You send copy and photos in step two. The deadline runs from receipt of complete materials, and any delay moves it by the same amount.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is limited per package and stated in the offer.
Domain and hosting
Included in the package price for the first year. You don’t buy anything yourself and never enter card details anywhere.
Domain ownership
The domain is registered in your company’s name. We are the administrative and technical contact while the maintenance contract is active.
